  • Exchange Period is within 7 days after the product delivers to you.
  • We provide completely hasslefree and fast exchange in case you recieve damaged or defected product without any cost. (just follow the guide)
  • For non damaged orders, if you want to exchange the size or replace with any other item just reach out to us on our whatsapp support with just a fee.

Replacement of Damaged Products – N/A

Size Exchange – Rs. 250.00

Product Exchange – Rs.265.00

(if you can send the parcel to us, then you’ll have to pay Rs.80.00 for the size and product exchange)

Returns

Details

  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Return Period is 7 days on all products.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you whatsapp notification or sms alert  to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you can recieve your refund in any bank account or Upi app.

Fee & Charges

For Prepaid Orders –  Rs. 295.00 

For COD Orders – Rs.365.00

(if you can send the parcel to us, then you’ll have to pay for the Convenience Fee i.e. Rs. 130.00)
